このプライバシーポリシーは、Habito（以下「本アプリ」）を提供する Partner.Co Japan／ScienceKids Tokyo Project（以下「当社」）が、ユーザーの個人情報をどのように収集、利用、共有および保護するかについて説明するものです。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリでは、以下の情報を収集・利用することがあります。
- ユーザー名、メールアドレス、認証トークンといったアカウント関連情報
- 利用端末の識別子、アプリ内の操作履歴、使用統計情報
- プッシュ通知の設定情報、チャレンジ参加履歴、進捗データ
- （任意）ユーザーがプロフィールに入力した情報やアバター設定等
2. 利用目的
収集した情報は以下の目的で利用されます。
- 本アプリの登録・ログイン・認証のため
- チャレンジ・通知機能・リマインダー機能の提供のため
- ユーザー体験向上、およびバグ修正・機能改善のため
- 法令上または当社規定上必要な範囲での対応
3. 情報の共有・第三者提供
当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に販売または提供することはありません。
また、本アプリで利用する外部サービス（例：クラウドストレージ／解析ツール）においては、適切な契約を交わし、ユーザー情報の安全性を確保します。
4. データの保持・削除
ユーザーの情報は、利用目的が達成され次第、またはユーザーがアカウントを削除した時点で、合理的な期間内に消去または匿名化されます。
ユーザーは、自己のアカウントを削除することや、当社に連絡して情報の消去・訂正を求めることができます。
5. セキュリティ対策
当社は、TLS暗号化、アクセス制御、ログ監査、定期的な脆弱性チェック等の手段を講じて、ユーザー情報の安全を確保しています。しかしながら、インターネットを経由する情報の送信・保存において、完全な安全を保証するものではありません。
6. 未成年の利用
本アプリは 13 歳未満の児童による単独の利用を想定しておらず、保護者の同意を得ずに個人情報を収集することはありません。
13 歳以上の利用者も、保護者の指導・同意の下で利用することを推奨します。
7. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の改正やサービス内容の変更に伴い、適宜更新されることがあります。更新後は本ページにて公表し、重要な変更がある場合は別途通知する場合があります。

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 to use without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without such consent. We recommend usage under parental supervision for younger users.
